Join Edgemate as a full-time Machine Operator and help turn real wood veneer into continuous rolls. Experience is welcome—but it is not required.
MAKE QUALITY HAPPEN, ONE
SHEET AT A TIME.
You’ll feed individual veneer sheets into a finger-joint machine, monitor the joints, and help the machine create a continuous veneer roll in the required length.
This is active, consistent work. You’ll stay focused on quality, keep material moving, and learn how to operate the process safely and productively.
That’s okay. We provide training and do not require previous machine experience.

Read each work order and understand its specifications.
Inspect individual veneer pieces for quality before feeding the machine.
Monitor and inspect finger joints as they come out of the machine.
Keep the finger-joint machine running efficiently and productively.
Learn the production tracking and data-entry parts of the role.

You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Safety glasses are required in the work area.
The position is on-site at 213 Smith Transport Road, Roaring Spring, PA 16673. Reliable transportation is required.
First- and second-shift positions are available. You can tell us your preference—or that you are flexible—when you apply.
