Refunds and Returns

At Edgemate, we take pride in the quality of our veneer products. To ensure fairness and clarity, our returns and refunds policy is as follows:

Custom and Non-Stock Products

  1. Returns are not accepted for any non-stock or custom-produced materials.
  2. Once production begins, all custom orders are final and non-cancellable unless cancellation is made within 24 hours of order placement.

Stock Materials

  1. Returns of stock materials are accepted only if:
    • The material is less than one year old from the original ship date.
    • The material is in resalable condition and properly packaged.
    • An RMA (Return Material Authorization) has been issued by Edgemate.
  2. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved stock returns.
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the product arrives in good condition.

Defective Materials

If you believe you’ve received a defective product:

  1. Contact Edgemate with samples or photos of the issue.
  2. An inspection will be conducted by Edgemate personnel or a contracted agent.
  3. If the product is confirmed defective, we will either:
    • Issue an RMA and arrange for return or destruction, or
    • Replace the material at no charge.

Edgemate’s liability is limited to the replacement cost of the original material.

Shipping Damage

  1. All damage must be documented at the time of delivery on receiving paperwork.
  2. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted to Edgemate with proper documentation.
  3. Once confirmed by the carrier, Edgemate will issue a credit or replacement.

Other Terms

  1. Discrepancies on packing lists must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
  2. Order cancellations for stock materials must be made at least 48 hours prior to shipment.
